Troubleshooting
Resolve the most common issues with login, license binding, connectors, scheduled messages, and paid feature access.
Google login fails
Check:
- whether Google login itself completed
- whether the browser session is stale
- whether the extension is using the intended Google account
License binding fails
Check:
- whether the license key is valid
- whether the bound customer email matches the purchase record
- whether the license has expired
- whether the activation limit has been reached
Paid features are suddenly locked
Check:
- license expiry
- subscription state
- whether the backend config endpoint is returning a blocked or grace entitlement
Connector errors
Check:
- API key validity
- model availability
- proxy or firewall restrictions
- plan gating for the connector type
Scheduled messages do not personalize correctly
Check:
- whether the contact exists in the customer store
- whether the message uses supported variables like
{{name}} - whether the task actually ran successfully
What to collect before contacting support
Support can help much faster if the user provides:
- the visible error message
- screenshots of the failing workflow
- whether the issue affects one user or many
- whether it is a login issue, entitlement issue, or workflow issue
