Troubleshooting

Resolve the most common issues with login, license binding, connectors, scheduled messages, and paid feature access.

Google login fails

Check:

  • whether Google login itself completed
  • whether the browser session is stale
  • whether the extension is using the intended Google account

License binding fails

Check:

  • whether the license key is valid
  • whether the bound customer email matches the purchase record
  • whether the license has expired
  • whether the activation limit has been reached

Check:

  • license expiry
  • subscription state
  • whether the backend config endpoint is returning a blocked or grace entitlement

Connector errors

Check:

  • API key validity
  • model availability
  • proxy or firewall restrictions
  • plan gating for the connector type

Scheduled messages do not personalize correctly

Check:

  • whether the contact exists in the customer store
  • whether the message uses supported variables like {{name}}
  • whether the task actually ran successfully

What to collect before contacting support

Support can help much faster if the user provides:

  • the visible error message
  • screenshots of the failing workflow
  • whether the issue affects one user or many
  • whether it is a login issue, entitlement issue, or workflow issue
